Our Flexible Guest Refund Policy:

 

 

Any reservation is officially eligible for refunds based on the cancellation and any other policies outlined in the terms & conditions, privacy policy page outlined by Pocketinns. A refund is provided to the customer once the necessary refund process is followed as per the pocketinns guidelines. A confirmation refund email is received by the guest, host and Pocketinns Inc notifying them of their cancellations/refunds which they can find after navigating to the Pocketinns Dashboard. Any claims & complaints by either party need to be handed to Pocketinns within 24 hrs of check-in. Any refund request will not be accepted after 24 hrs of check-in and in case of refunds on claims request, only claims made within 24 hours after check-out will be considered by Pocketinns.This is required to be followed by both guests and hosts.

 

Guests need to note that Cancellation policies may be topped by the PocketInns Guest Refund Policy, any safety related cancellations, or mitigation worthy circumstances. Pocketinns will have the final authority and say for any and all refunds related to cancellations and all disputes

 

Note: 

 

1. All refunds will be made into the guest account within 5-7 business days.

2. Notification and email will be sent to respective user as per the guest refund policy.
